Meet The Horses

Lena
My name is Lena. I think I'm about 32 years old. I know I'm an arab. I don't see very well but I know I'm loved, especially by my sponsors, Jeanette and Lenni.

Run Faster Forest
My name is Forest. I'm a nine year old off the track thoroughbred. I must not have been very fast because I only raced once. What I lack in speed I make up for in my charming personality.

Jake
My names Jake. I'm a 36 year old donkey. I love to sunbathe in the sun. I especially love my pellets. If you're late to feed you will hear me (and so will all the neighbors.)

Always Litt (Knox)
My names Always Litt but everyone knows me as Knox. I'm a five year old off the track thoroughbred. I retired from racing due to a bow tendon injury. I'm now learning to be a riding horse. Everyone out here knows me for my LARGE personality.

Blake
My names Blake. I'm in my late teens/early twenties. I might be a pony but I can keep up with all the horses out here. I'm pretty cute and know how to use it to my advantage. When I'm not helping kids learn to ride you can find me causing trouble with the big boys.

Bailey
My names Bailey. I'm an eleven year old mustang. I came off the Fallon feed lot with my mom when I was a yearling. Allison trained me to be the wonderful horse I am today. I now live a happy life teaching people to ride and gain confidence. You could say I'm quite popular out here with the humans.

Door To Houston
My names Houston. I'm a 24 year old off the track thoroughbred. I'm the one whose really in charge. I keep the others in line and teach intermediate riders. Although I enjoy retirement. I have a gentle soul and I pride myself on my manners.

Russell Drake
My name is Russell. I'm a nine year old off the track thoroughbred. I have a mystery lameness in the front left hoof that were trying to figure out. I'm known as the giant around here and people need to watch out because i can get hangry when theres food.

Sheki
My names Sheki and this is my mom Judy. I'm a 21 year old off the track thoroughbred. I came from the California state fair in 2013 with Houston. I found safe landing with my forever human. You might notice I like to let my tongue hang out but fun fact I have none of my front teeth.

The Gray Hound
My names Gray and this is my mom Karen. I'm a thirteen year old off the track thoroughbred. Thanks to my mom I'm learning to be a respectable "teen." I'm learning new things everyday and am always excited when I see my mom come down to my paddock.
